Inclusivity, Sponsorships and Community GivingAmstel is a passionate supporter of inclusivity, equality and accessibility within every part of the Club’s operations.
One of the best ways that the Club can promote golf, is for the Club to be a leader and an avid example of best practice within the local community.
The Club is proud to note that:
50% of all staff within the Club are female, including within senior management positions, and the Club employs without gender bias

Every1 Café
The Every1 Café utilises the Club’s courtyard and Airstream servery to offer patrons a café experience run entirely by members of the local community living with disability. This provides our participants with a safe and inclusive working and learning environment in which to build skills, confidence and be proud of their contribution to the Amstel group and the wider community.
The Every1 Café is supervised by a dedicated Club employee and staff from Umbrella Support, with all costs covered by the Club.
Every1 Academy
The Every1 Academy utilises one of the Club’s kitchens to offer participants living with a disability a safe and inclusive place to learn the art of cooking. Each class is run by one of the Club chefs, with a goal of making participants more self-sufficient and hopefully able to develop their passion for cooking into a career.
The Every1 Café is supervised by a dedicated Club chef and staff from Umbrella Support, with all costs covered by the Club.
